Open Question: What's the minimum quantity of clothes to purchase in Dongdaemun to get wholesale price?

Hi, I'm going to visit Seoul soon and I'm wondering about the minimum quantity of clothes to purchase in each store in Dongdaemun market to get wholesale price. I've been to Qi Pu Lu market in Shanghai and they didn't really mind if I only buy 1 / 2 tops and give me great price. How much usually one trendy women dress cost in Dongdaemun (retail and wholesale price)? I want to know how much I can save and don't want to get high price because I'm a tourist.
